Built in 1968, iconic Bermudian landmark the Swan Building is currently 80% occupied. Comprising 38,576 rentable square feet, the building underwent massive renovations completed in 2000 which created a four level atrium with interior balconies. Today, it is has been transformed again by a major refurbishment to its exterior façade which includes a state of the art glass and steel canopy as well its interior fitted out office space giving the entire building a modern, clean look in keeping with the discerning taste of our corporate tenants which include insurance, fund managers, law and financial services firms, shipping and other international companies.
